教学目的、要求
在这门课上,我们将从发育的角度来研究神经系统。我们应用不同的模式动物,从细胞和分子生物学角度阐述胚胎发育过程中神经干细胞的增殖分化、神经网络的连结形成以及功能实现的生物学过程,以及与发育相关的神经系统疾病的发病机理等方面的前沿研究成果。本课程以课堂讲授为主,结合近期发表的研究论文的讨论,目的是为了使研究生在学习发育神经生物学的基础理论同时,了解当今最前沿的发育生物学研究的发展趋势,注重启发和培养研究生发现科学问题和解决问题的创造性思维。本课程不仅面向以神经生物学为主要研究方向的研究生,同时也欢迎广大对发育神经生物学有兴趣的研究生学习讨论。
